As required by the Wisconsin Construction Lien Law, contractor hereby notifies owner that persons or companies furnishing labor or materials for the construction on owner's land may have Lien rights on owner's land and buildings if not paid. Use of materials/services constitutes acceptance.

Field Service Fees: A $130.00 + materials initial call charge covers up to the first man-hour. $75.00 per man-hour thereafter and materials will be charged to credit card listed below. Time begins when we leave our shop. Owner's credit card will be charged for the fees listed.
Trager LLC cannot guarantee availability of all parts. Repairs may require multiple trips with billable travel time. Owner is responsible for all winterizing and weather protection during repair periods. Trager LLC shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, restoration, or repairs of any real or personal property or any injury to person. All parts & service charges are non-refundable.
